Good Morning, Larry.
Thanks for taking the time to listen to that Video! It is just such a beautiful song to begin with and those wonderful voices just made it so much more amazing. I really didn't pay much attention to who was singing it (it was sent in an e-mail) but am glad that you checked into it more.
Now I know who to look for!
Have a wonderful Weekend ahead and God Bless You!

Larry, Thanks for the great pictures from the museum and the info about J&P Cycles' up coming 29th Anniversary. I wish there was some way I could make the trip and see the museum and the anniversary celebration.

Larry, After viewing the National Musuem video, I feel I need to meet you and share some stories and experiences. The song, as I said, is one I have always wanted to sing and record as it expresses so much about what men and women, our age, have seen pass and move us and the world into the future. "Live well and prosper".

Larry,I had a blast last night, hubby pulled the baffles out of his pipes on his 1700 Road Star. He let me take it down the higway a couple of times. Good thing we live in the country. That was awesomely loud. Of course kid son thought that was the best. My ears couldn't take a whole lot of that. He did put them back in

Hey Larry, I see you are online. Just wondered what the weather is like in DeWitt today. Have you been affected by the storms and bad weather that has been hitting Fargo? It seems that our weather patterns come from the Seattle/Portland portion of the northwest coast and then procede on to the midwest. We just keep getting one wave of precip after another (precip being snow). I did get on the road about two weeks ago for a 20 mile ride but now I am just antsy to get out there again.

Sorry, Larry, I forgot DeWitt was on the Eastern side of the state. But I know how the rivers all over the state want to get out of their banks come spring. Kind of like bikers wanting to get back on the road! Wow, if we had 50 degree weather, that would be riding time for sure. That's what it was 2 weeks ago when I was out.

There are some really nice roads to ride around here,, I personall love the highway 60 run to Prairie di chein along the Wisconsin River.. gonna do a huge loop from waunakee to highway 33 to lacrosse, then hit 35 south for the great river road ride along the Mississippi river, back to 60 along the wisconsin again..

Larry, just noticed you are online so thought I would drop a line. How is weather in DeWitt shaping up for Spring? We are finally seeing the snow disappear and for the next 5 days, nothing but sun and temps in the 50's and 60's! Some serious riding will be done this weekend! Say hello to Spring in Iowa for me!

Larry, thanks for the compliment on the blog regarding the 1200 Sportster. Like you mentioned, it is a perfect platform for the add-ons that can make this bike a comfortable and easily affordable cruiser for the right rider. I thought about that as I was writing the blog but didn't want to get too wordy.

Larry, I'm looking to you because you always have great words of wisdom. For the past month, everyone, including my son and the local star dealers thinks i need to upgrade. Paul of course thinks I need more power. And of course the dealer justs wants to sell a bike. But what do you tell people when they comment that I ride a "starter bike" and "it's only a 650, you need more power". I like my bike, it's fits me. I tired of defending her. They're making it no fun anymore, cause everytime I go out I get the same comments. geeez

Thanks Larry, I knew you would give me words of advice. Jay (my hubby) is the only one that supports me on this. he has never said that I slow him down. We just took a 600 mile weekend ride to Indy and Bloomington IL and the V-star was great even on the interstate. I was pleased. Yeh, I know the 950 is tempting but It'll have to wait until I wear this one out
