Shawn is a union local 93 Plumber and has been in the industry for over 25 years. He has been here in the Midwest for the past 20 years or so and also did plumbing when he lived down in Arizona. He’s been riding since he was a boy, back east in Rochester NH. he took a decent spill on a Honda VF 1100. Even after several months in the hospital and lost ribs at the age of 19, it didn’t stop him from riding. Older wiser and more handsome than ever, Shawn got his current custom Fat Boy from a private party over a year ago when we met and we have been riding and dreaming ever since.

I ride a 1997 Heritage Springer Softail and have been a HOG member since 2000. I’ve been a Director of Marketing for an Accounting and Payroll Firm in Antioch, IL for the past couple of years and will continue to work with the firm. (yuk, I sound like a yuppy....) Both Shawn and I have both remodeled a house or two and we both have great kids and pair of spoiled dogs and a cat that keep us entertained. We live in Antioch, on the state line in Illinois, just south of Kenosha County and we have property in the Dells area. We are fortunate to have friends in both places who ride and many who don’t. They all have been very supportive of our developing this area for the magazine, even the cat.

We like to think this is the best regional specific publications you'll find and keep with you on your bike so you can make good use of it. The magazine has full-page, color, glossy, advertisements and clear content you'll find ride information and events and great articles about day-rides and tech tips and local biker friendly businesses and maps.

The national web site is interactive and updated frequently and bikerinformationguide.com receives over 27,000 visits per day!!! This type of publication really provides additional value and benefits to the local establishments and shops that advertise with the magazine.

............ Our first publication will be released in August & September- a “Special Addition” celebrating the summer and all of the riders who will be in our area for the HD 105th Aniversary Party. We have 10,000 copies to distribute so look for us and if you know anyone who you think would like to be in the magazine let us know. Destinations, custom shops, dentists, kennels, if bikers want the information we'll make it available in the magazine / web site. (keep it clean y'all)

We’re pretty confident you’ll like what you see....let me know if you don't. As with most free magazines and paper publications, we'll distributed to riders & clubs. Watch for us at events or better yet invite us to attend your event and we’ll get photos on the web site and help you promote for future events/organizations/clubs.

The magazine is focused current and future information for bikers and riders, yes....there is a difference. Let us know what you want to know about, tell us about your favorite rides and upcoming events. We welcome your feedback and comments.

Keep riding, be safe and enjoy everyday your alive....
