I may drink one or two beers when I am out ridding. But alchol and ridding don't mix. As for a helment that is one's chose but I wear a helement and I will not be a donnor rider.

This is me driving throug the bar at SBB in Myrtle May 2009. Two weeks latter almost died in a car accident could not ride my bike until October. That really was bad.
