We are averaging 7,000 miles on the rear tyre and about 10,000 on the front. The first two sets of tyres were Pirelli Sport Demons.
This year we put an Avon AV55 on the the front and some kind of Metzler on the rear - we didn´t have much choice at the time, those were the only tyres they had in that would fit. Got to say, felt no difference on the road and there is a lot more tread left on both tyres this year after a 7,800 mile trip.
You also need to bear in mind that we are 2-up and rather overloaded with gear.

I have a question that need and answer. I have a '07 Suzuki C90T and the question that I have is what is the mileage that others are getting on their tires. My '07 is coming up on 12000 miles and I have the original Bridgestone tires on it. So any info from out there would be appreciated.

Hi from Manchester, UK.
I arrived here at my dad's a couple of days ago (from the Canary Islands) and it is now only 22 days before flying to Toronto, Canada and picking up our beloved Moto Guzzi breva 750 and starting our 4th tour of the USA.
I hope to keep you up to date on the trip and if any of you live on our route, it would be great to meet up and say hi.

My touring bike is a 2002 Kawasaki VoyagerXII and I'm from Woodridge IL. I have a passenger and we enjoy long rides, The best one we had was the Lake Superior Tour a 2200mile ride in 8 days in 2007, this year is the New Mexico Santa Fe AVA rally in July this one is solo wife is expecting...:)

Hi all,
New to the group. I'm From Jacksonville, Fl. I have a Yamaha Royal Star Venture 08. I Love to ride. Wish I could make a living at it, then I would not have to get of the bike as much.
