Biker Training/ Groups for secretaries and P.R.o

I am very interested in learning more about the biker's world such as laws for different states, training and conferences for secretaries and public relation officers.

This has become a habit NOT a hobby for me and I am loving it. But to be better at what I do, I need more info.
