What are the best "motorcycle friendly establishments" out there?

You know, not only "biker bars", but other places that cater to motorcycle riders. I've been to many taverns or restaurant that cater to the motorcycle crowd and I really enjoy them and am curious what you all have been to and enjoyed. One of my favorites is a place I visited down in the LA area called the Rock Store. Very famous in the area and outside of CA too. A lot of movie star/hollywood crowd types are caught there (Leno, Mickey Rourke, Billy the Kid, etc). There web site doesn't do the place justice - www.rock-store.com but it's worth a quick look. What else have you all discovered?

Tanya, there is a really good one in texas called the Koyote ranch … 100 acre ranch with multiple accommodation choices (cabin, tent, camper, etc). Used by many motorcycle riding folks in the texas hill country as a base for touring and gathering with fellow bikers. The place also has a restaurant and a bunch of outdoor activities. http://www.koyoteranch.com/ . Check it out................

In the Denver area you may want to check out the Piper Inn Bar & Restaurant. On certain weekends the place becomes a virtually biker only bar and the harleys’ are usually lined up in a couple of rows out front. Good food too – try their wings.

Good question, and though it was posted some time ago, I'll contribute anyway. In western Illinois, on the bank of the MIssissippi River is a city named Savanah. At the south edge of Savanah on route #84 is a place called "Poopys". Yes, as in "poop". Their burgers are named the "Poop", the "Little Poop" and the "Big Poop".

Camping is accepted, though I don't know what facilities are provided ... I think it is free, and requires only that you have your own bedroll and - when necessary, your own mosquito netting.

During the riding season, every Friday night is "Bike Night" - like the other nights aren't - lol!. Bikes have their own parking spaces (for a hundred or two motorcycles) in the rear, in front of a semi-trailer with drop-down sides that serves as a band-stand for live bands. Tattoos and merchandise are inside as well as a large bar and restaurant, to supplement the outside bar and food service - so we can eat as we listen to the band and the bike chatter. Enough - see it at this link ...

Anton's Saloon
Cty Rd. W
New Diggings, WI 53586
Phone Bob or Donna Anton @ 608-965-4881

Anton's Saloon is located in a wooded valley in the Wisconsin countryside in the unincorporated township of New Diggings. The building is an old 1800's barn turned into a wonderfully rustic saloon. There is a pool room in the back and a beautiful beer garden outside. A wide variety of beers are offered-domestic and specialties-along with assorted wines. Anton's has a grill and features the famous Macho Burger along with various other man-size sandwiches and footlong chili dogs. Taco Thursday every thursday night-2 for a buck and some wonderful desserts are also on the Menu. For music there is usually an open stage policy and a live band every once in a while. On Sunday's on an irregular basis the great sounds of Chuck Bregman the very talented pianist can be heard there. Stop in sometime and enjoy the good people, good beer and the great atmosphere.
